“Black Cab” in a black cab

Armed with a teeny little thumb piano, Jens Lekman tinked out the song “Black Cab” while sitting in the back of a black cab last week.
Oh, the irony.

Lekman did this for the Black Cab Sessions, a group of people who like to record and film musicians in a cab, whilst a confused driver continues to navigate the road and tries not to listen to the live performance going on behind the back of his head.

In the song, Jens mentions that he thinks black cab drivers are crazy drivers, and hints that he wouldn’t be surprised if they were all psychokillers.
Awkward.
