Having made a big name for themselves in Russia with the release of two critically acclaimed albums (2009’s Self-Titled and 2011’s November), On-The-Go have been sharing the stage with some of the world’s top acts, including Keane, She Wants Revenge, Patrick Wolf, Autokratz and The Horrors.

Magnificently shot and produced by Yury Chernykh, the thoroughly engrossing new video transports the viewer straight into On-The-Go’s exciting world. Done in a mostly DIY-style, we follow the band as they travel around Moscow, St. Petersburg and Kiev, passing through a number of beautiful Russian and Ukrainian landmarks, linking up for band practice, and arriving at and performing a huge sold-out show. It’s a glimpse into what it’s like in a day in the life for the band. The jaw dropping scenery and cinematography makes the video a spectacular viewing experience, perfectly matching the song’s unique beauty and edge.

Lyrically, the band is thought-provoking and on-point. Lines like: “Pay no mind to all that is promised/It’s too good to be true/If you can’t hold on any longer/I will hold on for you” & “Keep pretending/It’s not over/Cut me open/Tell me nothing/Reach inside and see it through/I’ve got heart enough for two” will have you eagerly digging in to the narrative and undoubtedly yearning for more in the best way possible!
