Don’t forget to pick up Jamie Lidell’s ‘Compass’!

Jamie Lidell‘s brand new album, Compass, hit record store shelves just two days ago. The album has already received rave reviews from all over, most notably from music mag giants Rolling Stone and SPIN. Rolling Stone noted the album “is a disc of elegantly warped love songs” while SPIN said, “Jamie Lidell has managed the neat trick of constructing a solid, dinstinctive identiy out of headlong pastiche: falsetto crooning, post-IDM glitch funk, ’90s-indebted R&B beats.” With producers and collaborators like Beck, Feist and Grizzly Bear’s Chris Taylor, Compass will undoubtedly climb its way up the charts.
