The Lumineers are blowing up. Straight up. Amongst their rapidly growing fan base are the people over at Paste Magazine, who recently posted video of a live performance of the band taking no prisoners during a killer performance at SXSW this year. Check out a blurb from the article below:

From PasteMagazine.com: When Wesley Schultz and Jeremiah Fraites moved to Denver after Schultz’s best friend and Fraltes’ brother passed away, they had already found solace in music in their hometown of New York City. They wanted to continue writing to help cope and also continue the legacy of Josh Fraites. After posting an ad on Craigslist they found Neyla Pakarek, who would turn out to be the missing piece of the passionate and folksy Lumineers. Their music is heart-warming and fun, but most importantly it’s honest. Together, they produce tunes you can’t help but tap your foot along to and want to put a song on a playlist for someone you love to brighten up their day.
