Over the past 24 years, he has built HIP from the ground up, developing innovative promotional strategies that adapt to the ever-changing media landscape. Andy and his team have promoted more than 4,800 music videos for artists including Bryan Adams, The B-52s, Bon Iver, Johnny Cash, Death Cab For Cutie, Pearl Jam, Maroon 5, Sia, and Weird Al Yankovic, spanning genres from indie rock to hip-hop, pop, metal, and beyond.

Francesca Fuentes, Marketing Assistant

Francesca is a singer/songwriter and visionary artist from New Jersey who brings her creative perspective to her role as a music marketing assistant. Her artistic accomplishments include winning the 2019 Best Film Award for her debut music video "Rock W Me" at Lovesick Film Festival in Jersey City and having her "I Just Wanna Be Your Lover Again" music video programmed on MTV Spankin' New. Before joining the music marketing world, she worked as a literary publicity intern, building valuable experience in media relations. Francesca has also made an impact beyond traditional music channels, collaborating with indie publisher Barefoot Books on the animated singalong "Take Me Out To The Ball Game," where she recorded both English and Spanish versions, helping children access language learning worldwide.
