After a hard night of partying a popular remedy is the old hair of the dog method. You know, the only way to cure a wicked hangover is to jump right back into the bottle. For Harlem World in his new video for “Zombie Night”, it’s the hair of the lion that is both the cause and solution to all of his problems! Before we explain what that means, allow us to familiarize you with Harlem World.
Adopting his moniker from the album of the same name by the legendary Mase, this Florida MC has been blazing his own trail through the south with his slick flow and unique approach to hip hop. While most artists in his scene are obsessed with creating the illusion of wealth, fame, and notoriety, Harlem World is simply all about having a good time. In his new single “Zombie World,” Harlem World boasts about his youthful and inebriated lifestyle. Sure it’s somewhat reckless but he’s well aware that he’s making the most of his time in the sun. More importantly, he’s not hurting anyone, and even drops lines about “please don’t judge me” and consuming responsibly!
Now, about that lion…… The “Zombie Night” video begins with Harlem World passing by a down and out lion (we think it’s a man in a lion costume) and hitting up the liquor store for that night’s supplies. But rather than selfishly keeping it for himself, Harlem shares the wealth and before we know the new pair are on a wild ride through the night, traversing the city, falling down, challenging each other to down more shots, and an overall sense of healthy debauchery. Like we said, they’re not hurting anybody. They are just having fun!
We’re really pleased to be working with Harlem World to bring you this wild new video. We think you and your viewers will get a kick out of this clip, and please let us know if there is anything we can do on our end to help out.
