Grizzly Bear

Grizzly Bear performed an airy, breathy, beautiful harmony for the audience of Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. The song, “Cheerleader,” sounds like part church choir and part Simon and Garfunkel.

As Prefix Mag pointed out, the band could have gone with more easily-accessible, “crowd pleasing” songs such as “Two Weeks” or “While You Wait for The Others.” But they chose the hard way, challenging the audience. “Cheerleader” is much slower and softer.
