AJ Smith performs “Nobody” on The Kelly Clarkson Show!

On April 5, rising indie pop-rock sensation AJ Smith performed his latest single, “Nobody,” on The Kelly Clarkson Show!

Ever since we started working with AJ, we have recognized his undeniable talent as an ambitious storytelling songwriter with natural abilities to blend genres in effortless ways. His classical underpinnings combined with a catchy pop melody and powerful rock-like vocals have captivated a growing audience base for years. 

Granted, AJ was basically born with the gift of making music like this, as he found his passion at just three years old, recording early compositions on his parents’ tape players. His skills have only flourished from there, as he picked up piano, violin, electric guitar, and drums and strengthened his unique singing voice. 

When HIP received the “Nobody” music video at the end of March, we had no doubt it was AJ’s best release yet, taking his strength of packing emotions and passion throughout his compositions to the next level. The first week in April, we felt the same excitement along with AJ when he received this groundbreaking news, and seeing him achieve success for this remarkable hit has been amazing as we have watched his journey and growth.
