Here at HIP Video Promo, we’ve been working hard to promote music videos since the year 2000. It’s important to us to help younger and independent artists get the recognition they deserve, and it’s exciting to be on the ground floor with artists that become household names (and with over 3400 videos under our belts in 20 years, there are quite a few). Every Friday, we’ll be sharing a “Flashback Friday” video, where we get to reflect on one of our favorite videos from a few years ago.

In their nearly two decade-long career, We Were Promised Jetpacks have become a beloved favorite in the indie-rock world. Originally formed in Edinburgh, Scottland in 2003, they relocated to Glasgow for its opportunities for proper gigs. After supporting Frightened Rabbit on a UK tour in 2008, they then joined FR and The Twilight Sad for an American Tour. The following summer, they released their debut album These Four Walls on Fat Cat Records, which they performed in full at King Tut’s, a popular Glasgow venue.

With over two decades of unyielding resilience and tenacity, Drowning Pool data-preserver-spaces has remained true to their followers despite tragedy and lineup changes. Since 1996, the heavy rock Texans never skimp on fiery adrenaline and hell-raising chants. They have flared the stage alongside Ozzy Osbourne, Mötley Crüe, and Papa Roach, while their last three albums have been anchored in the Top 5 on Billboard's Hard Rock chart.
