is slowly — but surely — climbing her way beyond the underground soul scene. The incomparable SoulTrain.com has taken notice of this breaking artist and wrote about how Choklate is bringing back real feel-good music and what it was like to shoot her latest video, “Grown Folks.”
To Whom It May Concern is Choklate’s sophomore CD release and contains the hit single and one of BET J’s most played videos, “Sun’s Out.” Now comes the follow up single and video featuring good friend and fellow artist, Malcolm Jamal Warner.
Choklate says, “Working with Malcom and director Alesia Glidewell was unbelievable. Besides being one of Hollywood’s most adored actors, Malcolm understood and knew what it would take to bring this song to life on screen. He and Alesia helped me to make my best music video to date.”
