“Trouble” Music Video: Jane N’ The Jungle (Rock)

With features on Spotify’s Fierce Femmes, All New Rock, and Women of Rock Spotify Radio playlists, with profiles in Alt Press, Women That Rock, Loud Women, The Hype Magazine, it’s pretty clear that Jane N’ The Jungle are on the rise. “Trouble” is the title track off their Angel Rock Records release Trouble, and its video (directed, shot, and edited by Jim Louvau and Tony Aguilera) sees the band rocking out as hard as they ever have.

“Give Me Your Heart” Music Video: Star 2 feat. YSN Flow (Pop/hip-hop)

Hard work and dedication push singer Star 2 to move forward every day. From a Thai refugee camp to San Diego, he wants to be the Asian role model he never had by highlighting his wins and showing others how it’s possible, such as in his The Adventures of Star2 vlogs on YouTube. For “Give Me Your Heart”, he’s teamed up with Cleveland, OH teen YSN Flow (whose viral “Want Beef?” track has reached more than 15 million views on YouTube). The “Give Me Your Heart” video (directed by Hector Toro) shows Star 2 and YSN Flow living it up and keeping the party (and the love!) going from dusk till dawn.

“Tonight You Belong To Me” Music Video: Grey DeLisle (Folk)

Grey DeLisle is the #1 voice-over actor in the country, ranging from The Simpsons to Wonder Woman. Now she’s sharing her covers album Borrowed, including the song and video “Tonight You Belong To Me”, originally recorded by The Honeys in 1969 and produced by Brian Wilson of The Beach Boys. The “Tonight You Belong To Me” video was directed by Ross Kolton and Marvin Etzioni, shot in the living room while the song was being recorded.

“Runaway” Music Video: Keelie Walker (Pop)

Keelie Walker may still be figuring it out – like any 17 year old! – but she’s already got a tour opening for Jason Derulo, West Life, and Little Mix under her belt, not to mention music videos, features on BBC’s playlist show Heat Magazine and Shout Magazine, and radio love from BBC, KISS FM, and Bauer. Oh, and she was also among the youngest to perform at Wembley Arena. “Runaway”, (video directed by K.C. Amos) from The Girls Night EP, is a reminder that no matter how hard things get, you are loved and it will get better.

“IiwiI (It Is What It Is)” Music Video: Mack Ben Widdit (Hip-hop/rap)

Mack Ben Widdit is the newest star to bloom out of Richmond, VA imprint Don’t Fold Entertainment. “IiwiI (It Is What It Is)” has roots in the blues and occasional pop overtones, but it’s unmistakably hip-hop. The “IiwiI” video (directed by Dominico Phillips) catches Mack in the club, in the car, and on the stoop of his apartment. He’s confident and self-assured, but Richmond is a star of the video, too.

“Revolutionary Étude, Op. 10, No. 12” Music Video: Raphaël Angelini (Classical)

Raphaël Angelini isn’t exclusively a classical musician – he’s applied his formidable instrumental talent to all kinds of different compositions – but when he sits down at the piano to play a piece, he does so with the confidence of a virtuoso and the energy and presence of a rock star. The great Polish composer Frédéric Chopin wrote “Revolutionary Étude” for solo piano and dedicated it to Franz Liszt; Angelini has mastered this challenging, delightful piece. The “Étude” video (directed by Raphaël Angelini & Alessandro Bevilacqua) shows him in action, all of his magnetism and musicianship on display.
