We’re just over a month into 2021, and the new year is already off to a great start here at HIP HQ. We pride ourselves on championing our cherished clients in whatever they do. So, when our beloved clients do something exciting, we couldn’t be more thrilled!

Today we’re talking about long time clients and entertainment legends Grey DeLisle and Marvin Etzioni. Grey DeLisle is an iconic voiceover actress who has played roles on several fan-favorite shows. Her roles consist of Daphne on Scooby-Doo, Sam Mason on Danny Phantom, and Vicky on The Fairly Odd Parents. We recently promoted her “O Holy Night” video. Marvin Etzioni is a music legend of different genres and a renowned record producer. We’re currently promoting his “Love Letter To Democracy” video.

On Tuesday, February 2, Grey and Marvin appeared on The Hangout Live Show with Drake and Robby Lochner. The Hangout Live is a Facebook show where, every Monday, Drake and Robby sit down with a different celebrity for a live interview. Viewers who turn in are encouraged to ask questions and interact with the show. It’s a go-with-the-flow, interview-style show that shows a side of your favorite artists you’ve never seen before.

Marvin and Grey reunited via Zoom and went down memory lane with Drake and Robby for this episode. The 75-minute-long episode starts off with some catching up and casual chatting before getting into the depth of the interview. They share some funny stories, and Grey shows off her talents by talking in some of her most iconic character voices. Then, they go into how they met and what it’s been like working with each other over the years. What started as a simple recording for a family member has snowballed into 15 years of collaboration.

During COVID-19, Marvin started his own record label, Regional Records, and one of the albums he was intent on releasing was Grey Delisle’s. They reminisce about the times in the studio and all the fun they’ve had making Grey’s album. The rest of the episode consists of Grey and Marvin answering fan questions sent in through the show. The whole episode is fun, lighthearted, and over the top entertaining. We couldn’t be more excited for two of our cherished clients!
