Blog HIP Spotlight Throwback HIP Spotlight: Pop Evil March 16, 2020January 8, 2020 Molly Hudelson hip clip, HIP Spotlight, pop evil Over the years, we’ve had the pleasure of meeting up with some of our cherished clients to film a video interview that helps viewers get to know the artist as well as learn more about their new music video. Previously called “The HIP Clip”, these videos allow us to help connect artists with the world, as we give some insight and inside information into who they are and the music and videos they make. We first worked with Pop Evil in 2006 to promote their video for “Somebody Like You.” Two years later, in 2008, we were able to promote their “Hero” video to the world and that November we caught up with them to film this video interview! Set up on the band’s tour bus, they gave us the low-down on what went in to the making of “Hero”, from a long day of filming to rebelling and going where they want to go – whether or not they had explicit permission to film there – and even taking a beating. Check out the Pop Evil HIP Clip below: And of course, if you haven’t already, make sure to watch their killer clip for “Hero” right here!
