Over the years, we’ve had the pleasure of meeting up with some of our cherished clients to film a video interview that helps viewers get to know the artist as well as learn more about their new music video. Previously called “The HIP Clip”, these videos allow us to help connect artists with the world, as we give some insight and inside information into who they are and the music and videos they make.

Liars are not your typical indie-rock band; they’re always experimenting, changing, trying something new. We were able to work with them to promote four separate videos, the first being “Plaster Casts of Everything” followed by “House Clouds”, both from their 2007 self-titled album. We met up with founding member Aaron Hemphill in early 2008 to film this HIP Clip, where he told us all about creating an innovative sound, their influences, and working with directors Patrick Daughters (“Plaster Casts of Everything”) and Sonny Gerasimowicz (“House Clouds”) on these two distinctly different and equally delightful clips.

Check out the “Plaster Casts of Everything” and “House Clouds” videos below!
